About 100 employees attended the meeting, during which firm founder Pony Ma delivered a sharp speech, pointing out the problems with the company’s internal management, games business, WeChat video channel and other businesses.

Chinese online recruitment platform BOSS Zhipin completed a dual primary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of introduction on December 22, trading shares under stock code “2076.” The opening stock price was HK$77.85 ($9.99) per share, and, as of press time, its price had reached HK$78.05 per share.
CATL and Gresham House Establish Global Strategic Partnership
Chinese battery giant CATL announced on December 22 that it has reached a long-term agreement with Gresham House Energy Storage Holdings PLC, a specialist alternative asset management group based in London, involving the supply of up to 7.5 GWh in battery energy storage systems (BESS). The two sides will endeavour to increase the scope to 10 GWh of BESS for use in utility-scale energy storage.

Chinese artificial intelligence company Shanghai Zhizhen Intelligent Network Technology Co Ltd, also known as Xiao-i Robot, on December 20 submitted a prospectus to the US Securities Regulatory Commission, intending to list on the Nasdaq under the stock code “XI”.
